Christmas wreath made from scrap textiles by Sue Pritchard

Sue Pritchard – Wreaths from Scrap Textiles

← Back

Local artist Sue Pritchard will be demonstrating how to make Christmas wreaths from scrap textiles, turning fabric offcuts and old clothes into a festive wreath you can bring out year after year instead of buying new.

The wreath pictured is one of Sue’s, around 60cm across. She’ll also be showing her own way of wrapping presents in fabric rather than single-use paper.

Sue is a member of the Maidstone Visual Artists Network, who brought their display of art made from recycled materials to our Art CAN Zone in September.

Come along, watch and ask questions.
