Maidstone Repair Cafe
February’s Repair Cafe, held on a wet and windy winter’s day, proved to be a resounding success. It attracted the highest number of volunteers and exhibitors since the café began. The CAN Zone’s Nature theme was also hugely popular, bringing together an inspiring mix of people and projects — from planters to seeds, swifts to bees, artists to photographers, litter-picking to rewilding, and so much more.

Electrical recycling was also taking place, ensuring that materials were properly recovered and reused. This is a regular feature at all Maidstone Repair Cafés.
