April 2026 Newsletter
The April Repair Cafe fell on the Easter weekend. We were pleased to welcome a record number of visitors and 119 items for repair. 86 of them were fixed by our amazing team of 48 volunteers on the day.
We were busy on bikes but we could have handled a lot more clothing and textile repairs. As well as people bringing in their repairs, we had a lot of people visiting the SPORTS themed zone alongside the Repair Cafe.

Repair Cafe February 26
Februaryโs Repair Cafรฉ, held on a wet and windy winterโs day, proved to be a resounding success. It attracted the highest number of volunteers and exhibitors since the cafรฉ began. The CAN Zoneโs Nature theme was also hugely popular, bringing together an inspiring mix of people and projects โ from planters to seeds, swifts to bees, artists to photographers, litter-picking to rewilding, and so much more.
